• Counselling BA (Hons) 2.1 (Upper Second Class Degree with Honours)
• Counselling Skills level 2
• Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling
• Variety of qualifications in dementia, safeguarding, mental health, depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicide awareness, Identity, Difference and Diversity
• I regularly study and keep up to date with current issues around counselling, and I tailor any learning depending upon individual needs of clients

Experience

• Counselling at local mental health agencies and a secondary school
• Care and support work, including supporting people with learning disabilities, and dementia
• Raising a large family, so I can empathise with associated challenges and joys
